AMRAP
As Many Rounds As Possible!
Challenge yourself and push your limits with our AMRAP - As Many Rounds As Possible - class! This high-intensity workout is designed to test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. You'll work through a series of exercises, completing as many rounds as possible in a set amount of time. The AMRAP could be short, long, or somewhere in between! We use a huge variety of equipment with a focus on functional movements and full body exercises. Our experienced Personal Trainers will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique, while keeping the energy high - and the music pumping.
Our AMRAP class will help you improve your fitness level, burn calories, and build lean muscle mass. Suitable for all fitness levels, modifications will be provided as needed.
Boxing
Cardio - Fun - and a great stress relief!
Cardio Boxing classes are a fun and explosive workout - plus you don't have to dodge any flying fists like you would in the boxing ring!
Cardio Boxing classes aren't all about throwing a punch and engaging the upper body! We will always add in other fitness and strength-based moves for core strength, a huge calorie burn, and all over strong total body workout.
In our Cardio Boxing classes, we use pads and gloves – and we provide all the equipment you need. No experience required and suitable for all fitness levels. Boxing is a great class for anyone looking to mix up their workout routine and have a lot of fun, while getting fit and improving cardio fitness.
Barbell
Strengthen and Tone all your major muscle groups!
Barbell is a strength training class using a barbell and weight plates. The class is designed to improve overall fitness, increase strength, and build lean muscle mass. A variety of compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once are used, including all of the barbell favourites like squats, lunges, deadlift, bench press, rows + more.
The class is structured in a way that allows participants to work at their own pace, with the instructor providing guidance, assistance with technique, and modifications as needed. Each workout typically consists of several sets of each lift, with participants performing a specific number of reps for each set.
With the support of the instructor and the camaraderie of the group, participants will leave feeling stronger and more empowered than ever before.
Core
Strengthen and tone your Core!
This dynamic, low-impact workout focuses on strengthening the muscles in your abs, back, hip, and glutes to build strength, improve posture, balance, and stability. Each class will use bodyweight exercises – like hovers and crunches – plus a variety of equipment like resistance bands, and weights, to target your core from every angle. Our experienced trainers will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique, and offering options so that all moves are challenging but achievable for all levels of fitness.
