BodyPump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BodyPump gives you a total body workout. All of your major muscle groups will be challenged by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.

The first half of the class is a fun and high energy Cardio Boxing workout, switching pads and gloves with your partner as you move through the class - don't worry if you don't have a partner!
The second half of the class is a Circuit where we focus on strength and power. Circuits are great fun and use lots of equipment including kettle bells, battle ropes, barbells, bosu balls, TRX, tornado balls, and more!
Boxing Circuit is a full body workout that will target your core strength, increase your cardiovascular endurance, and help strengthen and tone your entire body.
Your instructors will coach you through all of the moves and ensure you get an amazing total body workout, every time! You will leave feeling energised and happy, plus it's a great stress relief!

Cardio Boxing classes are a fun and explosive workout - plus you don't have to dodge any flying fists like you would in the boxing ring!
Cardio Boxing classes aren't all about throwing a punch and engaging the upper body! We will always add in other fitness and strength based moves for core strength, a huge calorie burn, and all over strong total body workout to develop lean muscle.
In our Cardio Boxing classes we use pads and gloves. No experience required and suitable for all fitness levels, everyone will enjoy the fun and challenging workouts!
