HIIT Strength

HIIT it hard. Build ultimate strength and burn fat – fast!

HIIT Strength is an express high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to rapidly improve your strength and power, burn fat, and build lean muscle. HIIT Strength workouts will use a barbell, weight plates and your own body weight to strengthen all of your major muscle groups. If you're serious about getting fitter and stronger, and smashing your fitness goals, this class is for you.

1. HIIT Strength begins with a warm up to get your body moving and introduce you to moves that will be used during the class.

2. Your instructor will then motivate you through the main workout that's designed to improve your strength and power. You will rotate through a variety of exercises using your barbell, weight plates, and your own body weight; blasting your way through all of your major muscle groups.

Each set of work will be for varied amounts of time, with rests included between sets. A typical class will include a mini challenge for you to really test and push your strength.  Exercise modifications will allow everyone to push their individual limits.

3. We finish with a well-deserved stretch for your hard worked muscles.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU

Wear your regular workout clothes that allow for ease of movement in exercises like squats, lunges and overhead presses. 

Apart from that, bring a water bottle and towel – don’t forget your big attitude! 

LEVEL OF FITNESS

Because you control the level of weights you are using and exercise modifications allow everyone to push their individual limits, HIIT Strength is suitable for all fitness levels.
 
However, we do recommend that if you are brand new to exercise and learning the basics, you participate in our other classes for 3 weeks before coming to you first HIIT Strength.
