Resistance training for all of the big muscles groups with a mix of core /abdominal work and cardio conditioning. Classes are aimed at developing strength, endurance, speed and core stability. A wide variety of equipment is used including kettlebells, dumbags, medicine balls, power bags, ropes, dumbells etc. Suitable for all fitness levels, lots of options available.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU
Wear comfortable workout clothes which allow ease of movement and grab some comfortable gym shoes for your feet.Apart from that bring a water bottle and towel - you're going to get sweaty!

X-Training is suitable for everyone! You determine the level of weights you are using and all exercises are scaled to suit your individual fitness level.
Men and women, athletes and newcomers can do the class together as everyone can work at their own level and recover as needed.
